In a post-covid19 new “normal”, hotels may be facing some serious decisions to take. With the probably “social distance” rules remaining active for the months to come, certain services that we are so used to will have to be rethought.
This may be the end of the buffet as we know it!

It is time for us to redesign hospitality, keeping in mind the health (and fears) of our guests.
